Our Limited Lifetime Warranty

We stand by the craftsmanship and design of our products, and we back each one with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you encounter any issues related to the materials or craftsmanship of your product, we’ll happily replace the defective parts at no cost to you—just provide proof of purchase from an authorized seller. In cases where an exact replacement isn’t available, we reserve the right to substitute the defective part or product with something comparable from our current stock. What’s covered:

• Material defects
• Issues with workmanship

What’s not covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage (like drops, dings, scratches, or chipped paint)
• Improper use, care, or cleaning (including persistent odors)

Please note, we don’t offer any other warranties, express or implied, regarding the product’s merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. The term “lifetime” refers to the life of the product itself. This warranty becomes void if the product has been altered or repaired by anyone other than our team. We may request photographic evidence of the defect and may also ask for the product to be sent to us for verification or quality control. Unfortunately, we cannot offer monetary reimbursement, and the warranty is not transferable. Our total liability for any damages—whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or otherwise—will not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential, incidental, or special damages.
